International Stages

From Malaga, Spain, to stages across the U.S., I bring the same embedded-operator perspective to audiences worldwide: real frameworks forged in real turnarounds, not theory borrowed from a textbook. Delivering the Role Design Method™ to an international audience of executives and operators, I translate boardroom-tested systems into language that resonates regardless of geography or industry. Whether the room is in Europe or in New Orleans, the goal is the same: to give operators a framework they can walk out and use on Monday morning.

SIGNATURE SESSIONS

  • Business meeting with a man presenting to four colleagues in an office with large windows, a whiteboard, and office furniture.

Mastering Organizational Harmony: Building Teams That Move as One

High-performing companies rarely lack talent. They break when standards are inconsistent, ownership is unclear, and handoffs leak. This session gives a shared language for diagnosing disharmony (people problem vs system problem), aligning roles, and turning one recurring friction into a 30-day sprint with an owner and a review cadence.

Format: 45-60 minute keynote or breakout.

  • A man in a blue suit and glasses drawing an organizational chart on a whiteboard. The chart contains sketches of people in rectangular boxes connected with lines. The man is holding a marker and pointing to the topmost box.

The Role Design Method: Stop assigning roles. start engineering them.

Most companies buy software and still leave the roles unchanged. Work stalls, decisions stay fuzzy, and the org chart lies about who owns the outcome. This session walks a six-step method for designing roles around real work, capacity, handoffs, and measurable results. Built from operator work, including a manufacturing case where role redesign and clearer ownership moved completeness up 60 percent and cut waste 40 percent in 90 days.

Format: 20–60 minute keynote or breakout. Can expand into an interactive workshop.

  • Business meeting in a conference room with six professionals, laptops open, and a presenter at the head of the table. Large windows show a snowy landscape outside, and a screen displays charts and graphs.

The leadership ceiling: why your organization can't outgrow you

Every organization eventually hits a ceiling. Often that ceiling is the leadership capacity of the people at the top. This session gives owners and senior leaders five practical disciplines (Clarity, Decisiveness, Accountability, Development, Consistency), a simple time-allocation model, and a self-assessment they can run in the room. They leave with one 30-day leadership priority, not a stack of slogans.

Format: 45–60 minute keynote or breakout. Adaptable for owners, executives, and association leaders
